2 lbs red potatoes
3 tbsp margarine
4 tbsp parmesan cheese
3 tbsp 2% milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Jean's Smashed Parm Potatoes

Boil potatoes 15-20 mins or until tender. Smash potatoes while blending in all ingredients except for parmesan cheese. Once blended well stir in the parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
