Recipe Ingredients for Jean's Ceasar Salad

1 romaine lettuce head
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 oz parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Jean's Ceasar Salad

  1. Cut romain in to pieces and put in bowl. In blender add olive oil, garlic clove, mustard, worchestershire sauce, and lemon juice.

  2. Blender until well mixed.

  3. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  4. Add croutons and cheese to lettuce and pour dressing over salad and toss until well mixed.

  5. Serve immediately.
