Absolutely the best, creamiest rice pudding I have ever had!

Recipe Ingredients for Jeanette's Rice Pudding Recipe

3/4 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
4 cups milk
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cinnamon to taste

Recipe Directions for Jeanette's Rice Pudding Recipe

  1. Cook rice, water, and milk over medium-low heat for about 45 minutes.

  2. Mix together the beaten egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla and add to the rice mixture.

  3. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Cool and add cinnamon to taste.

  4. Mixture will thicken as it cools.
