Great quick recipe, one "taco" is very filling and will provide leftovers, or feed a large group.

Recipe Ingredients for J&D Fish Tacos

15 oz Mahi Mahi
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 large Squash, Zucchini, Baby
1 serving, raw Cilantro
1/2 tsp Cumin
3 cloves Garlic
1 tortilla Multi Grain Tortillas
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/2 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for J&D Fish Tacos

Slice fish intro chunks or strips. Sautee garlic and fish until outside is flaky and add in onions, half the cilantro, all zucchini, peppers and onions and seasonings in a pan on medium heat. Drizzle some lime juice. when done put on tortilla with tomato, green onions and more cilantro. Top with hot sauce.
