Recipe Ingredients for JB Morning Oatmeal

3/4 cup old fashioned oats
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
3 tbsp flax seed
1/2 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for JB Morning Oatmeal

  1. cook oats and water for 4 minutes on high in microwave

  2. add other stuff and stir

  3. let sit for a minute, then eat
