1 scoops whey protein powder
1/8 cup frozen mixed berries
1/8 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 tsp peanut butter
1 1/2 tbs flaxseed oil
1 tbs lowfat yogurt
1/2 (4oz g) Fuji Apples
