My lamb stew occurring after a trip to petes.

Recipe Ingredients for Jason's Lamb Stew

1/2 lb lamb
1 cup parsnip
1 1/2 cup carrot
1 1/2 cup turnip
1 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Jason's Lamb Stew

  1. Brown lamb in a good heavy pot with the oil, add salt and pepper as well

  2. Add all the other ingredients to the pot to boil (if you can, brown these first too)

  3. Add a cup and a half of water and a sprig of fresh rosemary chopped.

  4. Simmer for an hour or so
