My home version of beef and broccoli. I add carrots instead of mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Jasmine's Beef and Broccoli

28 oz Beef Gravy
1.28 lbs sirloin
3 cups frozen broccoli
4 cup carrots
1/3 cup diced onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Jasmine's Beef and Broccoli

sautee onions, carrots, diced garlic, andgreen pepper in olive oil. once soft add in sliced beef that has been seasoned with garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder and steak seasoning. once the outside of the beef is brown add in beef gravy and water and bring to boil and reduce to simmer for 1 hour, add in frozed broccoli and let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice
