Recipe Ingredients for Jasmine rice, cranberies and sweet peas

285 grams Lite
2 cup Success Jasmine Rice
1 cup Peas, Green
0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Adobo

Recipe Directions for Jasmine rice, cranberies and sweet peas

  1. Bring coconut milk to a boil, add onions and seasoning, let simmer, stir in rice reduce heat. Add butter/olivio.

  2. cook for 15 minutes or until tender. add in frozen peas and crandberries until softened. Add additional salt/seasoning to taste.
