Recipe Ingredients for Japonica Rice

1/2 cup Japonica Field Blend , rinsed
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp flax seed

Recipe Directions for Japonica Rice

Combine all ingredients except the flax seed in a sauce pan, stir, and cover. Bring to a boil, uncover, stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. Let sit, covered, for an additional 10 minutes. Stir in flax seed and serve.
