A filling appetizer or light meal with a Miso Soup and a salad

Recipe Ingredients for Japanese Nachos

4 oz Sushi, Tuna, Fresh, Yellowfin
1 sheet Nori
0.5 serving Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
0.01 serving Tempura Batter Mix
0.5 1tsp Oil, Sesame
0.33 tbsp Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Japanese Nachos

  1. Grind the tuna to a ground meat consistency. Add sriracha and oil. Form into little mountains and squirt through a tiny hole, on each mountain. No more then a tsp on all four. Take the rice flour and add iced water to it. Take the nori and cut it into 4 diamond shaped pieces and gunk it in the rice water, flash fry them for 2 seconds in fat. Put mounts of fish on them and serve immediately.

  2. Makes 4 appetizers or 2 as part of a lite meal
