Recipe Ingredients for Japanese Hawaiin Style Tofu with Broccoli

1/4 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 clove garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp white miso
1 tsp ginger
200 g tofu
1 cup broccoli
1/2 green pepper

Recipe Directions for Japanese Hawaiin Style Tofu with Broccoli

  1. Mix all ingredients up to tofu in bowl

  2. Sautee tofu with splash of soy sauce until lightly browned. Remove from heat.

  3. In separate pan steam broccoli and pepper strips.

  4. Drain water add tofu to pan with sauce simmer until sauce thickens.

  5. Serve
