Recipe Ingredients for Japanese Curry

1 pound ground beef, browned
1 potato, diced
1 1/2 cups peas and carrots
1/2 onion, diced
3 cups water
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Japanese Curry

  1. Brown meat and onions

  2. Add water, peas and carrots, and potato.

  3. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

  4. Cook rice in meantime.

  5. Break sauce mix into chunks, melt into pan.

  6. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to melt and thicken.
