Delish and low cal!!!!! Taste best on plain iceburg lettuce. I eat this almost everyday. Goes good on Tofu too.

Recipe Ingredients for Japanese Carrot Ginger Dressing

2 cups carrots
1 teaspoon minced ginger
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
3 teaspoons sugar

  1. Pulse all ingredients in food processor.

  2. Serve immediately or place in airtight container in refrigerator for a few days.
