Recipe Ingredients for Japanese Cabbage Topping

1 head purple cabbage
1 large onion
2 tbsp chopped garlic
8 oz sake
1 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tsp sesame seed oil
3 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Japanese Cabbage Topping

Cut cabbage in half and then slice into 1/4 to 1/2in strips. Same with onion. Chop Garlic. Add seasame seed oil to pan coat bottom of pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and saute' until onions and cabbage are soft.
