Recipe Ingredients for Japanese Broccoli with mushroom and egg

2 cup, chopped Broccoli, Cooked
0.25 cup Onions
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 serving Noritamago Furikake Rice Seasoning
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.27 g Original Cooking Spray
1 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
1/4 cup Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for Japanese Broccoli with mushroom and egg

  1. Steam chopped broccoli in 1" water.

  2. Spray Pam into medium, non-stick pan

  3. Over medium heat, saute chopped onion.

  4. Add garlic and cook until soft.

  5. Add mushrooms.

  6. Drain broccoli, and add to pan.

  7. Pour Egg Beaters into pan and mix up with vegetables until cooked.

  8. Saute with soy sauce and sprinkle with Furikake seasoning.
