Recipe Ingredients for Japanese Beef Curry

16 oz 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
4 clove Garlic
4 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Japanese Beef Curry

  1. Brown beef in large skillet or wok.

  2. Add garlic and onions and saute until they begin to soften.

  3. Add carrots and potatoes.

  4. Cover mixture with water, then cover with lid and bring to a simmer.

  5. Once potatoes are soft, add cornstarch and curry powder to mixture.

  6. Serve plain or over rice.
