Recipe Ingredients for Jap Chae

1/2 onion
1/2 carrot, julienned
1/4 zucchini, julienned
1 cup snow peas
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 tsp garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Jap Chae

  1. sautee onion, garlic in water

  2. add carrot, snow peas, mushrooms, zucchini

  3. when softened add soy sauce.

  4. When cooked add sugar and stir until glazed.

  5. Stir in cooked shirataki.
