Recipe Ingredients for Jan's Oatmeal Muffins

1 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
3 egg whites
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Jan's Oatmeal Muffins

Mix dry ingredients. Add egg whites, pumpkin, and applesauce. Mix well. Bake in muffin tins for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
