This is awesome with any meat, but especially steak. A variation could be made using blue cheese. If the peppers are mild or small, increase the quantity

Recipe Ingredients for Jannid's Southwestern Relish

24 cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, [i11979?size=2]
1/2 cup feta, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Jannid's Southwestern Relish

  1. Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Broil until the tomatoes burst, sprinkle w/a bit of salt and cracked black pepper, and allow to cool.

  2. chop the veges, herb, and feta - gently fold into the tomatoes.

  3. chill.
