Recipe Ingredients for Jannid's Shrimp Saute

1 T olive oil
1 lb shrimp
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 t butter
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 t black pepper

Recipe Directions for Jannid's Shrimp Saute

  1. saute shrimp in the olive oil til shrimps are no longer pink, then add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer a few more minutes.

  2. Serve with a salad and a simple pasta such as one simply dressed with olive oil, Italian seasonings, and grated romano cheese.
