Recipe Ingredients for Jannid's quick scramble

2 egg
1/4 c sweet red pepper, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 c spinach, torn
1 t olive oil
1/4 t turmeric

Recipe Directions for Jannid's quick scramble

  1. heat the olive oil in a non stick pan and saute the sweet red pepper and onion until they begin to brown.

  2. Sprinkle with turmeric and stir.

  3. Tear the spinach leaves and add to the pan. Saute til wilting (just a couple minutes).

  4. Beat eggs with fork and add to pan. Stir til cooked.
