I changed gorgonzola to feta for the saved calories, but have not tasted this yet. Also reduced some of the other things as I am not making quite as many as Bonnie did. May adjust this later if need be.

Recipe Ingredients for Jannid & Bonn's Stuffed Tomatoes

9 Italian tomatoes,
1/8 c olive oil
4 t garlic
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 c feta

Recipe Directions for Jannid & Bonn's Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. slice the top off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides.

  2. combine olive oil and garlic and marinade the tomatoes about 15 minutes.

  3. mix together the bread crumbs, feta, pepper, salt if nec, and the drained marinade.

  4. stuff the tomatoes and place on a parchment covered baking sheet.

  5. roast at 350 degrees til browned.
