Yikes!! They are delicious but I won't make them very often!

Recipe Ingredients for Janna's Bread

2 tbsp yeast
5 tbsp sugar
3 c water,warm
2 tsp salt
1/3 c oil
1/4 c milk, dry
2 eggs
7 c flour
2 c margarine
4 c brown sugar
1/4 c cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Janna's Bread

  1. Disolve yeast and 2 tbsp sugar in 2 c warm water. Let stand 5 minutes.

  2. Mix in 1/2 c flour and salt. Let stand 15 minutes.

  3. Add 1 c water, eggs, oil, sugar. Beat 2 minutes.

  4. Mix in rest of flour.

  5. Knead bread on lightly foured board.

  6. Cut in half. Roll out in rectangle.

  7. Melt 1 c margarine and add approx 2 c brown sugar (it will form a paste). Spread on dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  8. Roll up and cut into 12 buns

  9. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Let rise to double in size. 375 for approx 35 minutes.
