Recipe Ingredients for Janie's Turkey Chili - for Crockpot

1 pound ground turkey
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/3 cup Chili Seasoning
1 tbsp Dark Chili Powder
15 oz can Kidney Beans, drained
15 oz can Black Beans, drained
15 oz can Ranch Style Beans, not drained
1 can Tomato Paste
15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
1 Potato, peeled and diced
1 cup Frozen Corn, thawed
12 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Janie's Turkey Chili - for Crockpot

  1. In 10? skillet brown turkey. When done, drain off any fat and put into crockpot. In same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, onion, and red pepper until tender.

  2. Mix all remaining ingredients into a 6 quart crockpot, well. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or on high for 3 - 4 hours.
