Janice Cooper's Famous Protein Pancakes - Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Janice's Protein Pancakes

4 large egg whites (or 3/4 cup liquid egg whites)
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese 1%
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 dash cinnamon (sprinkled to taste)
1 teaspoon SPLENDA No Calorie
1/2 cup quaker oats
1/2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Janice's Protein Pancakes

  1. Dump all ingredients into the blender. Pour batter into griddle just like regular pancake batter. Do not use on a waffle griddle, the batter is too thin. Makes 4 - 6 average pancakes. Extremely filling. Serve with Cary's (any brand) sugar free syrup.
