Recipe Ingredients for Janet's lowfat lowcal oatmeal cookies

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/8 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Spread batter on cookie sheet lightly sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
