I alternated a few things and doubled it.

Recipe Ingredients for Janet's Lite Chicken and Corn Chowder

1 c. celery chopped
1/2 c. carrots chopped
1 large onion
8 T. butter
4 c. chopped boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 strips bacon
6 c. red potatoes
2 t. dried oregano
2 t. dried thyme
2 t. dried basil
16 c. chicken broth
4 c. whole milk
2 c. frozen corn, thawed
1 c. flour

Recipe Directions for Janet's Lite Chicken and Corn Chowder

Saute veggies until tender. Whisk in flour. Add broth. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until potatoes are tender.
