Stir-fried chicken and vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Janet's Chicken Stir-Fry

15 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 oz Mushrooms
3.8 cup Frozen Deluxe Vegetables
1 serving Safflower Oil
1 tbsp Corn Starch
0.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
1.1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
8 tbsp Stir-Fry Sauce

Recipe Directions for Janet's Chicken Stir-Fry

cut chicken into thin strips, coast with 1 tbs each corn starch and soy sauce and stir fry in 1 tbs hot oil til mostly cooked then remove and keep warm. Stir fry vegetables until desired tenderness, add chicken and stir-fry sauce mixed w/1 tsp sesame oil and stir fry until heated through
