Recipe Ingredients for Janet's #1 smoothie

1 pear
1 1/2 cups pineapple
9 prunes
1 1/2 cups strawberries
3/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Janet's #1 smoothie

Chop and put all the ingredients in a blender. Prunes first and liquids last. Blend and serve.
