2 cups cabbage, chopped
3 cups water
1 (package) sausage
16 oz. kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Jane's Dirty Rice

  1. Brown sausage and drain

  2. Add chopped cabbage, cook till transparent

  3. Add rice, soy and water, bringing to boil

  4. Reduce heat and simmer till rice is tender
