Filipino version of baked macaroni, meaty!

Recipe Ingredients for janelvl's baked macaroni

300 grams macaroni
250 grams ground beef
1 can tomato paste
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1 tsp salt
100 grams grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for janelvl's baked macaroni

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside

  2. Saute garlic and onions

  3. Add ground beef and salt and tomato paste

  4. Simmer for 10 minutes

  5. Add meat sauce to macaroni and place in a baking pan..

  6. Top with grated cheese.

  7. Bake in medium oven for 15 minutes
