Recipe Ingredients for Jane Krupko's Meat Loaf

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup green pepper
3 tablespoons Ketchup
8 saltine crackers
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup 2% milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard

Recipe Directions for Jane Krupko's Meat Loaf

  1. Mix ground beef, green pepper, 3 Tablespoons Ketchup, saltine crackers, eggs, salt, pepper and milk and place into loaf pan with 8 individual loaves.

  2. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees

  3. Mix brown sugar, 1 teaspoon ketchup and mustard together. Spread evenly over loaves. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
