Light summer tuna salad that is seasoned with vegetables and lemon juice and hit of Miracle Whip.

Recipe Ingredients for Jana's Tuna Salad

2 cup Tuna
1/2 cup Carrots
0.5 cup, diced Celery
0.25 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
3 serving Dressing
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Jana's Tuna Salad

  1. Drain two 12 oz cans Chunk Light Tuna in water

  2. Place in medium mixing bowl.

  3. Add 1/4 cup Miracle Whip (Could use Light MW to reduce calories.)

  4. Add 1/2 cup diced carrots

  5. Add 1/2 cup diced celery

  6. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice

  7. Mix all ingredients
