4 tbsp Neufchatel Cheese
0.5 cup, diced Celery
2 tbsp Picante Sauce
0.5 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for Jana's Salmon Spread (Accurate measurements)

  1. Soften 1/2 pkg Kroger Neufchatel cheese

  2. Place two pkg. Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon in medium mixing bowl

  3. Add celery

  4. Add any color bell pepper

  5. Whip cheese (should be room temp by now)

  6. Add to mixture

  7. Add Pecante sauce (You may want more or less, depending on consistency you prefer.)
