Recipe Ingredients for Jan.1 dinner

2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
26 oz Tomatoes Diced
6 oz Lite
2 serving Sunflower Oil
400 grams Fit
1 tbsp Danish Butter Unsalted

Recipe Directions for Jan.1 dinner

  1. Heat the fry pan up to medium and add a little butter and oil. Add mushroom and saute for approximately 5 minutes. Add garam and stir for a minute. Add can of tomatoes, including liquid. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes or to your desired thickness. Add coconut milk, bring to a boil again and let simmer.

  2. In another pan, bring to medium heat and add a little butter and oil. Add chicken breasts. Sprinkle Club House spice on chicken. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Take out of pan, cut into chunks and add it to the tomato mixture. Take pan off the heat, put a cover on and let sit for a few minutes.
