Jamie's Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Recipe

I use 3Tbsp of Tahini instead of toasting 1/4C of sesame seeds. I add some agave nectar to sweeten it. You can blend a little olive oil in with the sesame oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Jamie's Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette

3 tbsp Sesame Tahini
0.5 cup Oil, Sesame
4 serving Marukan Rice Vinegar
6 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Jamie's Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette

  1. Combine 1/2 of the sesame oil with ginger, vinegar, and tahini in a Magic Bullet or blender.

  2. Add remaining sesame oil until well blended.

  3. Add brown sugar or agave nectar and sweeten to taste if desired.
