This salad has a little bit of everything you need for the day, but not too much.

Recipe Ingredients for Jamie's Salad

2 oz avocado (half)
2 oz romaine lettuce
3 oz baby spinach leaves
2 oz sliced cucumber
2 oz sliced carrots
2 oz chopped red or green bell pepper
1 oz raw sunflower seeds
1 oz raw cashews
3 oz canned beans (black, white, kidney, rinse to remove excess sodium)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or bragg amino acids

Gonna need a rather large bowl for this salad. Toss and enjoy!!
