Recipe Ingredients for Jamie's Granola

2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup walnut pieces
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup milled flax seed
1 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp pure maple syrup
5 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup dried apricots

Recipe Directions for Jamie's Granola

Mix the oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, cinnamon, maple syrup & olive oil together on a pan. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees in 5 min intervals - mixing inbetween - till golden. Add fruit & let cool.
