This has alot of sugar, so I drink these sparingly. You can usually find a bag of mixed frozen berries that has all of the berries. I leave out the blackberries because I can't deal with the seeds.

Recipe Ingredients for Jamie's Fruit Smoothie

1 banana or frozen banana slices for thicker smoothie
2 oz frozen blueberries
2 oz frozen strawberries
2 oz frozen raspberries
1 orange
2 oz pineapple
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 oz rice milk

Recipe Directions for Jamie's Fruit Smoothie

All ingredients go in a blender. I use the "Kitchen Ninja". Blend for two minutes and enjoy!!!
