Delicious chilli with beef brisket

Recipe Ingredients for Jamie Oliver's Portable Chilli

1000 grams Beef Brisket
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 cup Beef Stock
2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 oz Peppers

Recipe Directions for Jamie Oliver's Portable Chilli

Score brisket and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika (1 tbsp) and cumin (1 tbsp). Fry in pan. In a casserole put two tins tomato, one tin beef stock, and chopped peppers. When beef is seared, add to casserole over heat. In the frying pan from the brisket put the chopped onions, garlic and chilli peppers. Fry til soft then add to casserole. Simmer for four hours.
