Quick dinner made from cupboard ingredients, satisfying served with a bit of crusty bread and a salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Jamie Oliver Chorizo & Butter Bean Stew

200 g chorizo
2 red onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
400 g canned tomatoes
400 g canned butter beans

Recipe Directions for Jamie Oliver Chorizo & Butter Bean Stew

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat cook the chorizo, onions and garlic in the olive oil for 5-10 minutes till softened.

  2. Add in the paprika, tomatoes and beans, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

  3. Remove the lid in the last few minutes of cooking to allow to thicken if necessary.

  4. Serve with crusty bread and a salad.
