Recipe Ingredients for Jamie Eason's Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bread

2 scoop Muscle Milk
1.5 cup Oat Flour
0.5 tsp Salt
2 large Egg, White
1 cup Original Unsweetened Almondmilk
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Baking Powder
4 oz In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 serving Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce

Recipe Directions for Jamie Eason's Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bread

  1. Directions:

  2. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. 2. Mix the following ingredients together in a small bowl & set aside:

  4. - 1/3 cup Xylitol (or 1/4 cup of Stevia in the Raw)

  5. - 2 tsp cinnamon

  6. 3. Mix the following ingredients together in a large bowl:

  7. - 1 1/2 cups of oat flour

  8. - 2 scoops vanilla whey protein

  9. - 1 tbsp baking powder

  10. - 1/2 tsp salt

  11. - 1/2 cup Xylitol (or 1/4 cup of Stevia in the Raw)

  12. 4. Mix the following ingredients together in a small bowl:

  13. - 2 egg whites

  14. - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  15. - 1/3 cup or 1 4 oz jar of applesauce baby food

  16. 5. Mix the ingredients from step 4 & step 3 together.

  17. 6. Spray 8X8 dish (I use Pyrex) with non-stick spray.

  18. 6. Pour a shallow layer of batter into the dish (about 1/4 of the batter).

  19. 7. Sprinkle heavily with half of the cinnamon/sugar mixture (from step 1).

  20. 8. Repeat with the remaining batter & add the remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture on top.

  21. 9. Draw a knife through the batter to marble.

  22. 10. Bake for 24-28 min. Let cool for 10 min. Bread will be dense.
