excellent and tasty morning meal with 1/2 cup of soy milk and 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup for taste.

Recipe Ingredients for James's Oatmeal

1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup Quinoa
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 cup corn meal
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for James's Oatmeal

  1. add all flakes together with 3 cups water

  2. simmer until thickened

  3. add vanilla nutmeg and cinnamon

  4. serve
