Recipe Ingredients for James River Soup

2 pounds ground beef
2 large bell peppers
2 large onions
8 ounce mushrooms
30 ounce kidney beans
1 1/2 cups instant rice
15 ounce tomato sauce
2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
1 can tomato paste

Recipe Directions for James River Soup

Fry beef until brown; put in pot. Sauté chopped onions and peppers together; put in pot with beef. Add mushrooms, beans, rice, tomato paste, tomato sauce and taco seasonings. Boil until it tastes done.
