This is a high calorie shake I use to gain or maintain weight. I use it as a supplement to my regular food intake diet. I tried weight gainers, but prefer the natural ingredients.

Recipe Ingredients for James Ravenell - Banana Cheerios PB Soy Shake

4 bananas
4 cups cheerios
16 ounces vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups of ice

Recipe Directions for James Ravenell - Banana Cheerios PB Soy Shake

  1. In a blender:

  2. Cheerios

  3. Next Soy Milk

  4. Blend until cheerios no longer seen

  5. Add bananas - well ripened bananas (browning to browned for sweetness, do not use unripened bananas as it will distort taste and you may need to add sugar)

  6. Blend again

  7. Add Peanut butter (3 or 4 BIG Scoops)

  8. Add ice

  9. Blend then pour.
