Paleo pancakes made with mainly almond meal, a bit of coconut meal, and coconut flour. Really Good!

Recipe Ingredients for James Paleo Almond Meal Pancakes

7 large eggs
1/4 cup Organic Coconut Flour
1 1/2 cups bob's red mill almond meal
7 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
13 1/2 oz Coconut Milk, Canned (Liquid Expressed From Grated Meat And Water)

Recipe Directions for James Paleo Almond Meal Pancakes

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Use 1/2 measuring cup to make each pancake the same size. Makes 8 cakes.
