Recipe Ingredients for Jambayala

1/2 lb chicken
1 lb pork
1 lb shrimp
1 lb sausage
1 med onion
1 green pepper
3 cups uncooked rice
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Jambayala

  1. Brown sausage, then remove

  2. Brown pork

  3. Add chicken

  4. Remove meat

  5. Cook pepper and onion

  6. Add meat

  7. Add rice

  8. Add 6 cups of water

  9. Bring to boil, then cover and cook for 20 min

  10. Add shrimp, then cover and cook for 10 min
