Recipe Ingredients for Jambalya

1 lb garlic sausage
1 lb shrimp
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup celery, diced
3/4 cup onion, diced
28 oz tomatoes, canned
1 1/2 cups rice, dry
1 cup water

Slice sausage and place all ingredients in the slow cooker on high for 3 hours
