A nice spicy dish to be used as a main dish or as a side with pork or chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Jambalaya

1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
2 tbsp Onions, Dehydrated Flakes
8 oz Ham, Honey
8 oz Turkey Breast Meat
2 serving Sausage
3.5 cup Crushed Tomatoes
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 tsp Bouillon
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
4 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Jambalaya

  1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, and onion and cook until tender.

  2. Add the ham, turkey and sausage to the pot, and pour in the tomatoes, water, and bouillon. Season with Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil, and add the rice. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the rice is tender.
